Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon Review

**Been revising and doing a lot of work since the last time I posted, so I apologise for the lack of content, although I can't help it because I'm still in school**

Today I'm going to do a review of the Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon which I was recently given the other day, so lets get started!

I have to say I'm rather disappointed with this product which is extremely surprising because I love Maybelline as a whole brand.

I'm disappointed for a number of reasons, for example the size of the product. It is small and compact which makes it easy to carry it around, but I doubt anyone would need to be lugging around an eyebrow pencil on a daily basis, it's so small in fact that it's actually quite difficult to hold; in my opinion. You can see how small the product is in the picture below.
I personally have quite sparse eyebrows, so I normally look for a product that is precise and has a pointy tip so I can easily shape and fill in my eyebrows without getting the product all over my forehead. Unfortunately, this product didn't meet my expectations, because it's tip was quite rounded rather than sharp and because the overall shape of the pomade was too big for me to actually neatly apply the product.

Once again, you can see that Gigi Hadid (who I believe is the maybelline brand model as of now, or at least for this product) already has full brows that don't require much shaping or shading in - unlike mine. Which is why I also found this product hard to use.

Furthermore, the consistency of the product was strange, it wasn't creamy or thick or powdery, but it was just very thin and "glossy", it didn't feel like I was actually applying any product. Which could be considered both good and bad. Although for £5.99, it's not exactly like you have spent tons of money.

However, the product does come in a variety of shades which is nice because brands don't always provide a variety of shades or colours when it comes to products like eyebrow pencils or concealers or foundations.

If you have fuller brows and just want to lightly fill in your eyebrows, then I would recommend this drugstore product, but I'm sticking to my Soap and Glory Arch De Triumph pencil.

I hope this was useful in some way, and I just wanted to do a short post because I actually need to get back to revision...oopsies...
